Let’s open the table Employee in Demo.mdb file once again.

Press on the title of “Last Name” column of database grid. Marker will show us, that data is sorted by clicked column.

Say we need to fine “Pereira” last name. Right click on “Find”. The title of that column will be replaced by text input with the first value of the column “Brid”:

By pressing the first letters of the last name “p”, “e” and “r” we see, that as we type the letter the cursor moves down. When cursor will be placed on the “Pereira” row press “Enter”.

The title of the column will be back and we found the row.
